Designing the Way People Work: The Wyatt Office
A good office isn't simply born from a space that is large or efficient. The impression of a space changes entirely depending on how you open up sightlines and design the flow between people, even within constrained conditions. The Wyatt office was a headquarters made up of floors of around 70 pyeong (about 231 m²) each, yet rather than using walls merely to divide space, we resolved them into a structure where one could both hide away and naturally mingle. How can the "professionalism" the brand strives for be experienced within a space? We introduce the Wyatt office, completed the SPACEBASE way.

MURATA Headquarters: Giving Form to a Company's Values
Branding is the process of proving a company's essence and direction through visual language. At its center, the logo is the distilled result of that process, intuitively conveying a company's values to both internal members and outside clients. SPACEBASE translates the philosophy held within such a logo into the sensory language of space. Here we introduce the MURATA office, a place where precise engineering and youthful energy coexist, rendered through SPACEBASE's own interpretation.

SPACEBASE Designer Diary - 2. From Drawing to Space
A project doesn't end when the design is done. In fact, the time when the most decisions pile up often begins after that. The moment you first step onto the site, the space stops being lines on a drawing and turns, one by one, into something real with actual dimensions and heights. As each wall goes up, the ceiling structure takes shape, and a finish sample sits under real light, the designers repeat the work of closing the gap between drawing and reality. An Office Where the Waves of the Future Flow: The WAVVE Headquarters
In 2020, with the COVID-19 pandemic as a turning point, OTT moved beyond being a simple video platform to take root as a culture in its own right. WAVVE, too, secured a new headquarters amid a rapidly expanding market, and gave thought to how it might bring its brand slogan, "Ride the Wave of Fun," to life within a physical space. In response, SPACEBASE proposed a spatial branding approach that could capture WAVVE's work environment, organizational culture, and brand identity.

Future Play: A Thriving Investment Firm's Office Makes a Different 'First Impression'
If an important guest were visiting your home, with what mindset and attitude would you welcome them? And if new people visited every single day, you would have no choice but to prepare even more carefully to make a good first impression. The office of the startup investor Future Play is a space that investors and partners visit day in and day out. That is exactly why the office space — where countless outside guests are received and countless meetings and collaborations take place — mattered all the more. As it relocated to a new building, Future Play commissioned its space branding to SPACEBASE, hoping that everyone who visits would feel a sense of trust from the very first impression they encounter in the space.

A Space That Brings Warmth to Achromatic Technology: 'Real World'
When we picture a future society, somehow machines come to mind before people. We imagine spaces filled with metallic colors, skies and grounds crowded with robotic machines. Perhaps the gap created by artificially adding natural elements to a world filled with machines is itself a preconception we hold about the "industries of the future." Yet our society is moving toward a world where humans and technology coexist in harmony. Machines collaborating with people now feels entirely natural. As precise, trustworthy partners, machines help bring the lives we envision into being, and even work to restore the Earth to the form it once held before human cruelty mercilessly destroyed it.
